“Research in Germany” at the virtual APS March Meeting

(24.03.21) After the American Physical Society was forced to cancel its annual March Meeting at short notice last year due to the coronavirus pandemic, the event was able to take place securely online this March. From 15 to 19 March, researchers from all over the world had the opportunity to come together virtually for the March Meeting. With over 11,000 participants, it was the largest meeting of the APS to date in terms of numbers.

“Research in Germany” at the Virtual Annual Meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) on April 10-15 and May 17-21, 2021

(23.03.21) Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Annual Meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research, the largest meeting for cancer science and medicine worldwide, will again be held this year in an online format only and will take place in two one-week periods on April 10-15 and May 17-21, 2021.

The “Research in Germany” initiative will participate as an exhibitor in both meeting weeks. At our AACR exhibitor page and at the Externer LinkCancer Research Spotlight Page, you can find information about the German cancer research landscape. Moreover, we plan an online seminar about “Career Opportunities in Cancer Research in Germany,” as well as a “Research in Germany” virtual booth at the 2021 Virtual Cancer and Biomedical Research Career Fair.
