(19.07.22) DFG-Office Japan will present “Research in Germany” (RiG) at the 29th International Conference on Low Temperature Physics (LT29) from 18th to 24th August 2022 in Sapporo. The hybrid conference will feature a RiG information booth and an online platform for networking and information on funding programmes.


Eugen and Ilse Seibold-Prizewinner of 2020, Professor Dr. Hidenori Takagi, Director of the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research in Stuttgart and Professor at the Graduate School of Science of The University of Tokyo will give a public lecture on „The mystery and the magic of superconductivity”.

The public lecture is open for everyone interested to join.
