Forms and Guidelines
Informal preliminary proposals should be submitted in German or in English and should not exceed 5 pages (plus information on the cooperation partners and subject-related publication lists). An elaborate description of both the subject and the cooperation structure (distribution of tasks, added value to be expected, etc.) should be part of the proposal. It is not necessary to present a detailed financial plan at this stage.
