Call for German-Argentinean Collaboration
(04.08.16) The Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, German Research Foundation), the Argentinean Ministry for Science, Technology and Productive Innovation (MINCYT) and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Research (CONICET) announce the second call for proposals to fund joint German-Argentinean research projects of up to three years in the following areas:
- Physical Chemistry
- Materials Sciences
- Geosciences
- Oceanography
- Immunology
- Neurosciences
- Social Sciences and Humanities
Argentinean and German researchers must submit their proposals to MINCYT/CONICET and DFG, respectively, by 5 October 2016. Researchers must comply with the funding and eligibility requirements as stipulated by their respective funding organisation. Funding of the joint research projects is contingent upon positive assessment by all funding organisations. Joint German-Argentinean projects will be co-funded by the Argentinean funding organisations; unilateral funding of only one part of the project is not possible.
